Procedure - Acquisition

Once you have selected the plot you wish to purchase the procedure is as follows. Call us to access the availability of the plot.

Day 1 - Pay a deposit of £ 400/- to secure the plot as non-refundable deposit. The "Reservation form-plot of land" needs to be filled in. We hold the plot for you and is taken off the market for 8 days. Contract is sent out to you .

Day 8 - We must receive the Contract sent to you duly signed by you with10% deposit. Contracts are exchanged.

Day 35 - The balance is paid and completion takes place.

Finance Option - If you wish to apply for the finance then fill in "Reservation form-plot of land" as well as the "Finance application form". The time scale schedule of events will change depending on the finance being approved . This will probably taken longer for completion.

With 4-8 weeks from completion you will receive the title deeds and the office copy of the land confirming you as the legal freehold owner of the land.
