WHAT IS STRATEGIC LAND?

Strategic land is defined as agricultural or pasture land which is positioned just on the edge of the housing developed areas or may be opposite the developed areas or sandwiched between developed areas. When an existing development needs to grow to fulfil the demands of housing then it is more likely that these sort of strategic land sites will be developed to blend in with the existing developments. This has been the general trend in the past.
